![]() These are my favorite trees in San Rafael. I emphasized their color by applying the grayscale mode to the whole picture, and then cloning the color back into the trees. |
![]() This photo is of our kids on the bus in Iguazu, Argentina. The top photo is done in sepia tones adjusting hue and saturation. The flower photo was lassoed and layered in between Camille and the background. |
![]() Another one of our terrific grandsons. This was a first attempt at cloning. Watch out scrapbook companies. This is the wave of the future. |
![]() Dewayne and I needed to be in the same picture, but we were out in the middle of nowhere at San Rafael with no one to take the shot. Oh, well. |
![]() This is one of our favorite places. We went on one of our first dates to this place at Copper Globe Mine (San Rafael). The two photos were placed side by side and blurred for a better looking transition. |
![]() Ah, radioactive rock! This coloring technique is a great way to emphasize the fact that Dewayne had found the only rock for miles around. (He needed it to stash a cache.) |
![]() We love four wheeling. And, once again, no one was around to take our picture together. Go PhotoShop! |
![]() The background is done with the mozaic and gradient tools. The edges are layer styles - shadows, inner glows and bevels. |
![]() This is at the "If You Dare" cache. It's a composite. Dewayne isn't really standing out on that scary precipice. The text tools are fun to play with. |
![]() Horseshoe Canyon has the world's largest petroglyph panel, but few people were there the day we visited, so I assembled our own shot. |
![]() Heading up to the top of the San Rafael Reef. Once again, the clone tool worked wonders. I like how one can use the color picker to choose colors from the photos to create a matching background. |
![]() This is us from a Wyoming Pioneer Trek. The cabin is Sid's Cabin in San Rafael. |
![]() AT the Tetons we got a good shot. I enhanced the light on the trees, the definition of the mountains, the blue of the water and the color of the sky. I also added the sparkle in one of my eyes and adjusted the hue of Dewayne's skin. |
![]() Another of our San Rafael trees. |
![]() I used a gradient background with a texture tool on this fun shot. |
![]() The sepia is perfect for this old San Rafael truck. |
![]() We were really up high for this shot. I made this one with the lasso tool before I learned about cloning. |
![]() We found this funny driveway and street sign (very close to each other). |
![]() The horse and wagon were in Argentina, Dewayne was at Engsign Peak, the shack was in Ferron. The combination makes it look like Dewayne has left the city and is living the easy life. |
![]() Now Dewayne has joined the ranks of the little people. |
![]() This was my first project using the magnetic lasso tool. Neat! |
![]() What cool pictures one cane create. This background is more grand than the dinner plate. |
![]() I leaned how to use the marquee tool to create interesting borders. See how they match parts of the photo backgrounds? |
![]() Marquee tool created this interesting edge. |
![]() All the pictures on this page and at this site are photos we took. This is an album page in Adobe Photo Album |
![]() We took the fountain and torch pictures during the SL Olympics. I added the snow using the cloning tool. |
![]() My favorite picture. I have the world's best husband. |
![]() I took this sunset outside my school one morning. I played with coloring the center of the daisy different shades. |
